Well I finally started working on  My HEAD over the weekend, I got 400 stitches done, it is just backround so chose not to take a picture yet, will take one this weekend for sure 

Monoply Board Update 4/30/11

Here is my Monoply board update..I was trying to get alot done on it  this week, so I can do test stitches, and hopefully start my HEAD today... My fabric came yesterday along with my first penpal letter from my http://www.crossstitchforum.com/ buddy

Supplies ordered for HEAD

I ordered the fabric and the rest of the threads for my first HEAD... fabric should be here Friday... so excited cant wait to get started...

Well I got my fabric... but dont think 25 ct evenweave is for me....I am going to try 22 ct and  have tried 20 jobelan which I like would just need to find a larger piece.

First Biscornu

Putting aside monoply board for the weekend to attempt my first biscornu, the pattern is a freebie from dragonfly-stitches.com , I makeing it to go with the pink breast cancer scissors I ordered for my mom. Not sure which beads I am going to use yet will see which ones look best with the stitching when its done.

grandma's kittens

I am gettIng this from my mom...It was started by my grandma .... my mom cousin had it for awhile after my grandma passed away with the intention of finishing it, she never did, after she saw my bird and monoply board on my facebook page she is giving it it me to finish .... I just need to pick it up from FL...

Bought my first HEAD pattern

I was browsing thru HEAD gallery and found this pattern ... they were having a sale so I order it .  It will be awhile before I can start it

4/10/11 this is after working on it a few weeks, got fustrated with the half stitches on GO skipped it for now, will go back to it when I have more patience :)
